Description

The walls of Ahn'Qiraj tremble. A force of evil, older than the world itself, has been destroyed.

As you look at the remnants of the colossal abomination your heart nearly freezes. Even in death you can feel the legacy of C'Thun's evil around you.

You have done what was thought to be impossible.

You grab at an eye stalk of the fiend, stowing it safely in your pack.

Take the Eye of C'Thun to the dragons in the next chamber.

Completion

We will leave this place on our own, Lord <name> - once we are certain that the evil within has been wholly destroyed. Your journey of legend is almost at an end.

It is recommended to turn this quest in AFTER you hit 2999/3000 neutral (at which point all mobs in AQ40 cease giving rep) along with your https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=21229"">(Item #21229) and https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=21230"">(Item #21230)

Edit: And the quest https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=8791"">(Quest #8791) (begun by https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=21220"">(Item #21220)) should be saved till max neutral, as it gives 500 brood rep.

Unfortunately Caelestrasz is in a room next to C'Thun's chamber at the very END of the raid. If you space and hearth out before turning the quest in, you will have to run all the way through the place again to get to the end to turn it in. (If you do forget and have to go back through, still best to do it while it's cleared. Much better than forgetting until the next week and having to clear the whole place again just to turn a quest in.)

First off, on your map this turnin looks like it is outside the gate of AQ40 in silithus. This is wrong.

This turn in is next to C'thun's room in AQ40.

To get to C'thun, you have to navigate to Twin Emps (the triangle shaped room) and kill them. Then a door opens inside of that room. This door leads down another long hallway. At the end of this hallway is C'thun's room. Good luck.
