Where did you get this? I haven't seen a plant like this since a sojourn I made to the Swamp of Sorrows... decades ago! It's amazing that a specimen made its way to Teldrassil. And it's grown to such a size!

i was playing my alt dranie mage lvl 20 over there for rep points and i cant get this quest to acctivate is it cause of my lvl? ive done all the other beginer lvl quest up to this one...

After ""picking"" the frond and bringing it to Denalan he will plant the specimen in his planter. Stick around for a second and you will be able to harvest the newly grown frond, giving you 5x Sprouted Frond ( https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=5205 https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=5205 ), which can be used to heal yourself or someone else for a nice amount at that level.

I'm a level 23 druid, have done the timberling quests..and still cant do this quest. if i go to the trees, it just tells me something about the fruit. no quest. hmm. idk

as of patch 4.0.1 Denalan is a bit... laggy..
edit: oh and i only got the bogling root for this quest instead of the sprouted frond, i did the other quest like one as well and got bogling roots from both of them

For who know what reason, I was able to pick up this quest as a horde undead when I was working on BB King. I wasn't able to turn it in, sadly, since Denalan is hostile, but still...

Unlike the previous comments co-ordinates, the map image is right. 37,25 is where the frond is at in Cataclysm. It can be seen as a purple glow from behind the Oracle Glade.

As of 5.4 this seems to be glitched. I have tried it twice, different characters/accounts/servers... and the fronds do not appear to get the follow-up quest. I waited awhile, it wasn't lag. Best you can do if this happens is open a ticket, hope for the best, and expect the worst!
