These are the highest level gloves that still have the searing pain pushback resistance. The level 70 gloves reduce pushback on fear instead. Most warlocks would probably prefer the fear but in the unlikely case you want to level as destruction, uninterruptable searing pain can be nice. If you go for the epic version it might even be worth wearing for 'lock tanking roles like curator or Leotheras.
