When a Level 10 Warlock talks to this Gnome standing beside the Warlock trainer, he'll have a conversation text (ie, not a quest) that says:

""Stupid snow... Hey you're <name>, aren't you? I've just received a message asking for you.""

Then if you select ""What message?"", he'll direct you to https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=6120 Lago Blackwrench . Lago will offer you https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=1715 The Slaughtered Lamb , a quest chain leading to Summon Voidwalker spell.

This guy might be bugged for the https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=25283 ""Prepping the Speech"" quest . Bunch of folks couldn't get his part of the quest to complete.
