Upon completion, this dialogue will occur between the two Whitemoons:
Pelturas Whitemoon says: Here you are, Relara. Take this...

Relara Whitemoon drinks the cure brought by &lt;name&gt;.

Relara Whitemoon says: Uh... Father...? Are you there? I'm hungry... can I have some stew?

Pelturas Whitemoon says: What?
Pelturas Whitemoon says: You're awake? Your cure must have worked! Thank you, &lt;name&gt;.

Yup, same for me. I was able to obtain the quest but not turn in it as well.

Had to put in a ticket, GM said it was a known issue and solved the problem by resetting the npc, I have to say i was pleasantly surprised by how fast it was solved.
