I think the easies way is to swim down the river, and if you have a mont u can just ride along the river side on it, which is what i did, and i get there in no time =] i have a set of instrustions below and screen shots to match it.

-Go to the bridge between Durotar and Ashenvale

-Then once at the bridge face soulth and jump off, it won't kill u

-Continue swimmin down stream for a while, once you start enterin into horde land u might notice camps, if you were walkin next to the river get back in till you pass them, then once you get far enough u can continue walking along silde the water.

-Adventualy on your mini map you start to see a dent. That would be ratchet

-Once you get into Ratchet go down the dock all the way and then u will see Dizzywigg

-The next quest he gives asks you to travel to Booty Bay, and talk to another person, he's right on the dock there so that's not hard at all!!!!!!!
