Description

My Gnomish friend, Cog, has promised to help me build a device which will let me peer towards the stars. A truth exists, beyond magic, that can explain the strange transformation in the forest.

Bring to me a bronze tube made by a skilled engineer. That is the first step, according to Cog's blueprint.

Sometimes Herble Baubbletump have the bronze tube, he is ""next door"".
Go out from Viktori Prism'Antras house, turn left and walk some steps
and if you look down you will see anoter house and a Gnome seller,
he is Herble (position using cosmos= 77.48) and if he dont have the item,
its take realy good time to the iten respaw!

He sells Bronze Tubes, but has a limited supply. If you got there and see that he's not selling any, someone has come and purchased them, and you have to either wait for him to restock, or buy them off the Auction House.

Alternatively, if you don't want to have to fly around to all those places to try and find the tube, you can just wait a little while. Keep doing your other quests and check back with the npc suggested above every time you're back in Darkshire. I went and checked him for one and he didn't have any, went back an hour or so later and he did =D
