This quest will require that you go into the Wetlands. In the low 20's, this means facing the challenge of getting through Arathi Highlands (from Tauren Mill, Hillsbrad Foothills). The road is fairly safe, but there will be raptors and spiders nearby on occasion, and beware the https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=2612 human patrol the actually takes the road. Once you get into the Wetlands, take the road south (nothing really to watch out for except the occasional croc), until you get the east/west road, go east and then head into the hills to 49,68 to kill the http://www.wowhead.ocm/?npc=2102 Dragonmaw orcs.

in my opinion, its really not worth the travel to wetlands because these are easily replaceable in RFK

If you happen to be questing in https://vanillawowdb.com/?zone=400 Thousand Needles prior to beginning this particular quest, https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=15470 Plainsguard Leggings may be of interest -- they provide identical stats with an additional +1 Stamina, and the quest line is roughly equal in difficulty if not slightly easier.

The quest, https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=5147 Wanted - Arnak Grimtotem, can be picked up at Freewind Post. It also groups nicely with a few other quests in the area.
