Restoring the Necklace

Obtain a power source from the most powerful construct you can find in Uldaman, and deliver it to Talvash del Kissel in Ironforge.
Shattered Necklace Power Source

Description

You are going to need to find some "oomph" for the necklace, and Uldaman is probably the best place for it, actually. I guess there are a lot of constructs running around in there, yeah? Well, take out the biggest, baddest construct in that place and grab its power source! I am pretty sure I can fuse that source into the necklace.

Without that power source, fixing the necklace will be impossible. Come back to me here to Ironforge when you have it, and we'll get it all fixed up for you!

Progress

You didn't even stop to tidy yourself up after leaving Uldaman, did you. You just came straight here, lingering dungeon odors be damned. Well, let's hope this visit is merely an odiferous one, and not a useless one to boot.

Do you have the power source for the necklace?

Completion

Well I'll be - I sure am glad to see you and this power source in one piece. It will take me a moment to magically fuse the power source with the necklace now that the gems have been reunited with it. Once it is done, however, the necklace will be yours!

You're excited, aren't you? All tingly with anticipation? Now where did I put that spell focus at...

Gains

Upon completion of quests, get:
  • 560 experience (33 60 at max. level)

Necklace is crap but you get about 12k exp + xp from grinding + xp for other quests in the dungeon. Worth doing tbh

Food for thought, you need three people to open the door ""Altar of The Keepers"".

You definitely DON'T need 3 man at last boss for summoning. This IS soloable.

just did this last night with my lvl 53 lock and my son with lvl 51 warrior, took about an hour, came in the back door of Uldaman located at 65,43 on badlands map. made it past some lvl 43 and 44 badguys and about 10 lvl 40 eleites until you get to the boss, the battle wasnt to hard but it was close for us. the info i got from this site helped out greatly.

Actually, to summon this boss before, 3 players were required. But as velde correctly pointed out 1 player is now enough.

For those of us who use the objective tracking tool, beware:
Once you have picked up the power source, the tracking text will tell you to ""Return to Talvash del Kissel in Wetlands."" Follow the actual quest log which correctly points you to Ironforge.

Was unable to solo this part of the chain as a 43 sub rogue. The area where you are required to click on the stone to allow the larger stone elementals to come to life also has them automatically aggroing you through stealth and vanish.
