Description

When I was about your age, a dwarf by the name of Galvan took me under his wing and trained me in the ways of the armorsmith. Before he left for Booty Bay, he made me promise to train all those with the desire and determination to advance in the craft of blacksmithing -- so here I am -- all these years later.

So, now it's time for you to learn a little something. Make me six golden scale bracers and you will learn where smithing comes from, <name>.

Note that you have to be lvl40 and have blacksmithing 210 in order to get this quest.

I will become a armorsmith then i read i need ""The Mithril Order"" and thats the last part of this chain, but where i get Golden Scale Bracers (6) as horde, i looked @ AH but no 1 can do them. https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=2756 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=2756 is done and om lvl 70 so lvl is no pro

I had my Alliance hunter level BS just so I could do this quest and get the plans for my Horde paladin.

Does this quest really have the class restrictions listed? At the time of posting the ""Quick Facts"" says that only Warriors, Paladins, Hunters, Death Knights and Shamans can take it. I do not recall seeing these listed all the previous times I have looked up this quest, and I have looked it up several times after patch 3.3.3. I know many clothies will do BS just for the extra sockets, why shouldn't they be able to take this quest?

So, if the quest is obsolete is there no way to obtain the ornate mithril armor plans?
