Chief Engineer Hinderweir wants you to swim down to the base of the dam, locate the powder keg and stir in the Disarming Mixture to prevent an explosion.

Description

Earlier today I spotted some Dark Iron Insurgents swimming toward the Dam with a large keg. No Mountaineers were on hand to stop them! I'm afraid they've planted the Seaforium at the base of the Dam and it could blow at any minute! Let me combine all these ingredients into the Disarming Mixture. There we go.

Now I need you to take this mixture and stir it into the keg before it's too late! Hurry!

The top of the keg slowly twists off.

The keg fizzles slightly as the Disarming Mixture settles in.

Located around 51, 14 at the bottom of the dam. It's a small brown keg that can be hard to see, I had to swim around several times before I noticed it. It's slightly hidden in a corner.

It is a small keg located near the center of the dam, at the bottom of the Loch against the dam wall. I had to look twice to find this, it is easily over looked. Just swim against the wall at the floor and scroll over the ground.

The keg in question is much, much easier to find now. Just walk east from the quest giver along the top of the dam until you see the question mark on your mini map, then dive in and snag it.

I had to walk all the way to the end of the eastern part of the dam and around to the side where land is...not in the water as previously posted! Keg is against the wall and has yellow question mark.

Was anyone else reminded of the NES Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game where you had to swim in the water near a dam to disarm bombs? That electrifying seaweed was a real pain.
