Soleod as a level 25 Frost mage.. potted once when he was at 50 hp left... very easy

Right I soloed him too as 25 frost mage

Sarltooth have 200% Nature Resistance so if you want to stun him with Entangling Roots or atack with Wrath forget about it - For Druids its pretty hard i done it on 27 but with small problems

LOL, that beastard owned me (lv 25 hunter w/ bear) with only 15 hp

Just did it as a 25 warrior, used retaliation and it was really easy ( I was scared since I got really owned when he attacked me from behind)

I just solo'd this quest as a 24 Paladin, took two tries and was pretty rough. I suggest you do it at a slightly higher level than I did.

No problems for my hunter, though Sarltooth I actually killed on the 2nd quest in the series, turned that in, got this and had to kill a few more of the lower levels before Sarltooh showed up.

This is totally a hunter quest, though.

Soloed as 25 druid. Took about 2 minutes and used 1x Healing potion but just used entangling roots, starfall, moonfire, and then dpsed him down in bear form and then used the potion and dpsed again in bear form and then healed and killed him in cat form.

Soloed as a lvl 23 MM hunter. Took a minute or so, but was totally worth it.
Note that if you dont have a pet that totally owns in keeping aggro, it might become a little harder than it was for me :p

owned him in a lvl 27 warlock with a voidwalker

that quest was not that tough for me as a 24 lvl rogue....i used ambush

beat him on my lvl 26 hunter, easy fight, try and kill any of his ""pals"" hanging around him and it should be a breeze definitely for hunters

found him at 33,51 on a hill.... solo'd as a level 24 paladin

Did this easily as a 26 arcane-spec'd mage. Through on mage shield and started off with a frost bolt (which missed him) then a fireball. Proceeded to cone of cold him then blink to get some distance then used arcane missiles. When he got close again I nova'd him, another fireball/fireblast. Then blink and finished him off. Had 95% HP and 25% MP, didn't use any pots/cds.

Sarltooth was at the high path. The first time i went up there there was only a normal green dino, but he was there eventually.

Solo'd as a lvl 23 Dwarf Paladin.
Very difficult fight and probably alot of luck (took three tries to down him). He will resist most of your spells and the ones that do go through will do little damage.

Talents: 5/5 Seals of the Pure (+15% damage on seals/judgements), 5/5 Divine Strength (+15% strength), 3/5 Deflection (+3% parry), 1/5 Benediction (-2% mana cost on instant spells)

Glyphs: Major: Exorcism (+20% dmg on Exorcism)
With Kings and Seal of Justice active.
995 Hps and about 500 mana.

Pretty much the strategy I used was as follows.

Start off using Exorcism as this will do around 60-70 damage if it doesnt get resisted (which it will often) and Consecration, use every time it is up unless your running below half mana. And use your Judgement of Wisdom to keep getting some mana back. Try using a fast weapon if you can as to have more chances of stunning him. Use your Divine Protection as soon as the fight starts to reduce damage. Do this early so that the 2 minute lock out is up as early as possible in the fight. This is important because if you continue to do this strategy and using flash of light to heal (Holy Light is to much mana) then when he is about at 200-300 hps left you can then use Lay on Hands to heal to full. And even with no mana at the time you should be able to kill him before he can get you back down.
