For those like me without coordinates, I found it at the upper ogre cave. Cross the river east out of the camp, then go north, past the first ogre camp and continue north to the second one you can see on your map. It was on the ground outside that cave for me.

Found at 75,29 behind log, near Fire. There a couple of Ogres that spawn near. It is close to the second cave, but is on the lower level.

I really dislike these kind of quests where you're just supposed to know there is something to find - something that may spawn anywhere at any time. Yeah - kill X of Y can get boring, but it is a lot less frustrating than playing hide and random luck seek. Moving on - just not worth the frustration.

Found at 75,19 behind the bigger of the two logs at the campire (and two ogres)

If you are having trouble finding this scroll, you may be making the same mistake as me.

When you approach Gordunni Outpost from the south, there is an obvious entrance just to the right of the river, a path leading up into the mountains marked by a torch. This path leads you to one tiny cave, and then another small cave in the very back. There is another section of ogres to the east, over the mountains. (I never realized this until I finally broke down and installed a coordinates mod.) This is where the 79, 35 location is.

If you have already done the https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=2979 Dark Ceremony quest (it can be picked up from the wandering NPC in Camp Mojache) then right clicking on the scrolls will show an empty loot table.

Just to clarify, as of patch 3.1 it still does not sparkle like most quest items.

It is also not a rolled up tiiiiny little scroll, it's laid out and looks more like a little beige painting on the ground.
It is square shaped and has the two sides curled up a little bit.
Hope that clears up a little confusion, since i ran past it about 5 times thinking it was a doodad.

Because i have spent the last 10 minutes looking for where to hand this quest in i thought i would post a comment. My tom tom arrow was pointing towards the inn and was quite annoyed no one was there. I find the npc (Rok Orhan) walking down a little hill just outside the entrance to camp mojache at 73,45.

Confirmed again today, scroll is on the ground behind a cauldron in front of the uppermost Gordunni cave, north of Camp Mojache. No sparkles or gold ! on it, even with Low Level Quest Tracking turned on; just a gear click wheel when you mouse over it. Thanks to the comments here, it was easy for me to find! :)

Found today around 81/35. Still no sparkles. Looks like it's best to check the northern spawn points first.

At 80.4, 34.5 - Just a nondiscript gray blob on the ground. If it wasn't for the little gear wheel that pops up I never would have known

This quest is actually still in the game - I just picked up the scroll today.

Unfortunately, Rok Orhan is no longer in Camp Mojache, I'll update if/when I find him...

Edit: As far as I can tell this npc no longer exists, so yeah you can start the quest but never finish it.
