Description

If you are concerned that the rumors of murlocs are true, then do this -- travel to the eastern Elwynn bridge and speak with Guard Thomas. He has been stationed at the bridge for the past week and will know the state of the area.

Completion

Yes, murlocs have settled in and around the streams of eastern Elwynn. We don't know why they are here, but they are aggressive and at least semi-intelligent.

Gains

Upon completion of quests, get:

Guard Thomas gives you quests after completing further concern. One is where you have to search for the remains of two buddies of his and bring back their medals from their corpses and you will get experience points and some Stormwind city reputation.

He also lets you use his charger mount to get there faster, don't be like me and get nearly there and decide to read the quest again and discover it after..

He will offer you to ride the http://mop.aowow.org/https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=42260 Stormwind Charger for free as a much faster way to get to http://mop.aowow.org/https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=261 Guard Thomas for the quest.

I'm only mentioning this as I sort of breeze through quests and never read the text, I never noticed this till quite a while after Cataclysm launched and I started another human alt on a different realm.
