It's quite a easy quest and even though the hat have no stamina it looks quite nice.

As the reward implies, this quest is warlock only and not available to other classes.

You can get and complete this quest at 25, if not earlier. I know because I did. For some reason my earlier comment on this was downrated and purged so I am mentioning it again.

As previously stated, this is a warlock only quest. You won't even see the 3rd followup if you ain't a warlock.

Also since the most recent patch, clothies wanting a decent head piece at level 24 can simply have a tailor make the Azure Silk Cowl. all tailors can make it and it offers +8 int at level 24. not bad for minimal mats (2 bolts silk, 2 blue dye, 1 fine thread)
