I make sure to have low level quest tracking and i was never offered this quest. That is what my WoW head profiler sees as this quest not completed. I believe its just a breadcrumb quest from the goblin in Everlook. I did Egg Freezing already and, I went back to Everlook and Felnok never offered it to me.
