By the time most clothies get this quest done, it's really just a matter of picking the item that vends for the most gold.

The staff's only real benefit is the HUGE mana gain...but the other stats are nothing to brag about. You'll no doubt have gained better Outland items from the AH long before you've completed this quest.

That being said...the quest line is a lot of fun ;)
