Lazy Peons

Use the Foreman's Blackjack on Lazy Peons when they're sleeping. Wake up 5 peons, then return the Foreman's Blackjack to Foreman Thazz'ril in the Valley of Trials.

Description

Cursed peons! They work hard gathering lumber from the trees of the valley, but they're always taking naps! I need someone to help keep the peons in line.

You look like the right <race> for my task. Here, you take this blackjack and use it on any lazy peons you find sleeping on the job. A good smack will get them right back to work! Return the blackjack when you're done.

Most memorable quest in the game for me! Just keep clicking on the orcs for a funny comment they snap back at you with. Wait for them to stop chopping and to fall asleep. Then just slap them over the head with the blackjack!

You can put the blackjack on your action-bar and just spam the number-key associated with it while you target peons around you. I also do this quest qhile picking the Cactus Apples from all around the valley.

The Lazy Peons are all around the edge of the Valley of Trials. There is one right behind the quest giver. All you need to do is target them, wait for them to fall asleep and right click on the Foreman's Blackjack item that the quest giver gave you.

This quest is ezy just walk up to sleeping peon's with the Z's left clcik them and use the item you can wait for thwem to go back to sleep if u want also doesnt take to long
Cords for each one are:
(44,68) near a tree next to the quest giver
(40,60) Northeast of the sakroth quest giver
(41,58) East of the one above
(42,57) West of the cave
(43,57) also west of the cave(you'll find many west of the cave)
(47,57 East of the Cave
There are many others this is just a small list of them. All you have to do is hug the left wall u will find alot

A bug in this quest makes it possible to smack a peon multiple times, even after he has woken up. Just keep spamming the Blackjack.

Sometimes you get a single smack off, but sometimes more than one, or even all five.

This can be an annoying quest to do during peak times as waiting for the peon to fall asleep can be boring.
Almost everyone heads left, but if you go right and hug the right wall you can find some there too.

If you wanna do it the hard and long way then sit there and wait for the peons to sleep again! It takes hours to just sit there!

Lazy Peons as stated up above is one of the best quests in the game, smacking lazy peons to work, I agree it is incredibly fun, probably the funnest quest in all of Durotar. However I'd like to add you need to be level four to get this quest, you do not have to finish any other quest in order to get this. I was able to bring my level six paladin over and do this quest without touching another one in the zone.

Just go to the peons ( they are usually under one off those big threes you see in The Den) and target the use your Foremans Blackjack then they wake up and you do that 5 times and complited.

As i am level 80 Orc warrior now i can look back on this Quest and remmeber the sweet time :D GL &amp; HF guys

As a side note, you are able to still hit sleeping peons with the blackjack even after you've gotten all 5. I followed a level 4 Orc Shaman by the name of ""Thickaguy"" around The Valley of Trial for about 10 minutes, smacking all the peons before he did. Needless to say, Thickaguy was extremely upset about this, and I would never suggest you do this, because it is not fun to do. *wink* ;)

I'm not sure if I'm just lucky or if they changed this quest, but I've recently created 3 alt characters in Durotar and every time I get this quest, all the peons are sleeping.

It's like they changed it so that they're not awake if you have the quest. Again, maybe I'm just lucky, but I thought it odd that every single peon I came across was already asleep, even if I was still a distance away they wouldn't wake up or anything before I got there. xD

Patch 3.1.3 seems to have bugged the quest on some servers, the peons aren't spawning, and the ones that are there don't respond to the blackjack.
