This quest can be started once you have completed all of Tirion Fordring's kill quests.

Completed this quest easily with an unarmed naked lvl 35 holy priest. The key is to remember to click on the white speaking bubbles. If you are having trouble, try kiting yourself around Tirion a few times. I'd also recommend clearing out all the mobs along the path leading up to him before starting this quest. It's unlikely to impossible they will aggro to you if you are standing near enough to Tirion, but you can't be too careful.
