Rhag Garmason wants you to locate Ol' Rustlocke.

Description

A tremendous explosion roared through the hills. 'Twas horrible, I tell you!

Good soldiers died defending the Thandol Span. Longbraid says we'll take revenge on the Dark Irons before all is said and done.

We're in a world of hurt though and I don't see any reinforcements in sight. Longbraid sent Ol' Rustlocke to scout the eastern bridge to see if we could secure it.

That was days ago. We haven't the manpower to search for him with Dun Modr under siege.

Perhaps you can find him...

Completion

You search the tiny, dwarven corpse. Engraved into the helmet you can clearly read: Ebenezer Rustlocke.

Gains

Upon completion of quests, get:

Cross the bridge heading north into Arathi (51,8) and turn right. Head down the winding stairs and the corpse is on the ground.

As soon as you click it, Dwarves will spawn and chase you out.

The enrtrance is at 45,96 and the dwarves do not spawn. The place is already inhabited with Dark Iron Dwarfs lvl 28+ Elite.

You can enter on both sides of the stairs. First u get dwarves, when u come to the corpse u get more of them from the other side. Not that tough, you don't need a group as suggested

Really easy part if you are a priest or warlock.
At the middle of bridge, take right tower and just run down, shield and jump right after the stairs and fear, click corpse and complete, accept next and run up.

as of now the mobs are no longer elite, so the quest is a bit easier

Just did this with a level 30 mage. There were no mobs on the stairs or in the whole building for that matter. Completed the quest, and a level 31 Dwarf spawns. Very easy except he throws torches or fire (either one I forgot). They hit rather hard on a clothie. Run back and turn in to the dwarf.

I just complete this quest, you go down either staircase, and there is one saboteur waiting, non-elite, then another one down the second staircase. the corpse is right in the middle of the room. when i did this (lvl 29 priest) i had my shield up, and only one bomber spawned. so i ran. it's pretty simple, and NO elites.

Note, if you jump off the bridge (it is fun), the quickest way back up is via a small green path that goes up the side of the mountain to the northeast. You'll have to fight some mobs to get through though.

The first thing when I found this bridge was ""Anyone have a bungie cord?""

just wanna throw out, near the body of rustlocke theres a robotic arm in a display glass, probably a reference to terminator.

They must have changed it in one of the patches cause unlike what it says at the top of these comments there are no elite in the area. 2 saboteurs then 2 bomber guys

I only had one lvl 30 Dark Iron Dwarf to kill at the first level down the stairs. Went down the second set of stairs to find the body of Ol' Rustlocke, but no mobs showed up at all. Way too easy!
