So you're here with my orders? Always good to see a new recruit with an exuberant nature and a strong will.

You'd best learn fast if you expect to keep up here. The threat of the naga grows, <name>. I have observed and have taken up defenses against several attacks on this outpost since I arrived here.

But if you'd like to pitch in with that effort, speak with one of the others here at the outpost.

Go to Splintertree Outpost 1st. Check in with flight master. Then run due West to the very edge of your map. It looks like a large lake. Make sure to navigate quickly through the bad guys and you'll see the sandy beaches soon enough. Make sure to check-in with the flight master there as well. It is a long run back out. There are also 4 pretty quick quests to do once you are on the beach outpost. Just keep heading West and you'll here the friendly Orc drums soon. Good Luck !

Exact co-ords for this NPC is 12,34. Enjoy, and don't forget your flight path in Splintertree first :)

no don't go through Astranaar, it's a night elf city and you will get owned, go around it to the south, south of the lake (it's on an island) and you should be fine, just watch out for level 20-21 mobs

All of the report quest turn ins are considered repeatable in case you abandon the Warsong Reports Quest https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=6543 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=6543. You cannot complete them so just exclude them from the quest list. They are also uncounted for Loremaster because of this.

Is this quest available in 4.0.3a? I am seven quests short of completing this zone's achievement and wowhead shows this as an available quest. I can't find it. Anyone else?

I am also not able to do this quest, and I am still trying to find 7 more quests to complete this zone since 4.0.3a

73/80 completed, have checked everywhere for more quests. Have not had this offered from any of the people mentioned throughout the questline. I am assuming some quests are bugged atm, cause I can't seem to find any to complete Cape of Stranglethorn either(57/60). And Wowhead shows me needing to complete quests that my son tried to share with me, and they said I had already completed them.
