Description

There is no doubt in my mind that a powerful warlock resides within the walls of Stromgarde. From time to time, using an arcane magical relic, this warlock has summoned forth terrible demons in large numbers. We must remove the source of his energy.

Find the warlock and kill him. Bring me whatever magical object you find on his person, and I will take steps to destroy it and see that its power is not used to taint this land any longer.

The burning in my blood... it grows by the day. The warlock must be stopped.

It's an orc female. Take a left immediately after you enter stromgarde, kill a few syndicate prowlers and then keep going until you're forced to take a right. She's behind that house.

It's a female orc called Marez L40 Elite who dropp ""Befouled Bloodstone Orb"".
Found her at 29 64, but might spawn different places as mentioned in earlier thread.

found her at bottom level straight to the left as you enter Stromgarde, follow path to end, take right, and behind the building... lvl 40 - not elite anymore

When u enter Stormgrade Keep, go to to the left, just folow the road allway to the end. U will see one house at the end, just go behind her and there u will find her. She is lvl 40 and easy to kill.

Quite an easy task to do. You will find her where most people have commented. She is behind the house, and I have seen her there twice. Doable as a level 40 mage.

If your a hunter beware that your pet will get &amp;*!@ing stuck between the wall and the house, I've tried this twice now and both times my pet got stuck and I end up dying.

she is not behind the building i sat around that area for 45 mins and she never appeared you have to go up the stairwell and to the left behind the building on the second lvl

Her exact alternative spawn point is 29.48, 64.24. I have done this quest many times and its the first time I have found her on the upper left side of Strom once again behind a house by a wall and a well. You can't miss her, she has a purple aura. Hope this new location helps.

Just a note, she runs at low health. I killed her and she fell into the house, so I had to run in and find the body. Try to stop the running if you don't feel like extra killing.

Found her today at 29.4, 64.2.

When entering the Keep, continue straight up the ramp until you get to the fountain, go left (east), follow the path, and then follow the wall - she is there at the end, in the open.

Easily Soloed this as a level 35 Aff Warlock. Just used VW to tank and I kept siphoning health from her and then Health funneling the health back to my VW. At the end of the fight both myself and my VW were sitting over 90% HP. Easy as pie :)

there are 2 places.one is while you enter the Keep when you pass the bridge you turn left and the way will lead you right.you will see a house.not the stables.the house.she will be behind it in front of a table.

2ond place) while you enter the Keep when you pass the bridge you keep going straight.when you reach the well you go left and then you will see a house right in front of you .there is an object in front of it with wheels(something like a cart to help you)you got behind the building and you will find her aside a well.(One more way to help you out to find it is this.She exactly above the 1st place.you cannot see her of course if you look up :P)

Just did the quest this morning...got a little confused regarding the fountain, so wound up 1 street further up than needed. As of 6 Nov 2009 take your first left in Stormguard...hug the right wall, and make your way to the house on the right, it was easy for me to get through, but someone was in the process of killing her when I got there. It only took about 10 minutes for her to respawn in place (behind the building, next to a table with a cleaver and beef ribs) and killing her was easy (42 Warrior). Happy Hunting

Interesting to note that in the quest, Marez is described as male, even though s/he appears to be an Orc female.
