Description

According to the documents you salvaged from the caravan, the Venture Co. created many plans to attempt to drive us from our lands here, so that they could have free reign to plunder our lands.

The depths that they would sink to accomplish their goals disgusts and appalls me. I want the mastermind behind their plans killed. His name is Supervisor Fizsprocket, you will find him at the Venture Co. mine east of the ravaged caravan. Bring me his clipboard, we shall see if we find out anything useful.

I seethe with anger at the thought of the atrocities the Venture Co. is willing to perpetrate against us in the name of profit.

Completion

My anger is somewhat lessened at the news that the villain Fizsprocket is dead. I will go through his personal effects and see if there is any additional information about what the Venture Co. has planned for the future. Thank you for your efforts, <name>.

This seemed to be a very painful quest, specially for the level and if you do it alone. I gained around 1 levels in the cave to the east coming from the Ravaged Caravan, and that was just looking for him in there. If you enter from the eastern cave mouth, and stick to the right side as much as you can, you will find him :)

Be careful with pulls, as they easily come in 2 - 3.

Followed the map in the screenshot and found him right there.

Unless you're a class with a pet, this quest is tedious, but manageable. I recommend doing this quest at level 10 along with The Venture Co (https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=764 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=764).

As usual with mini-dungeons, make sure not to die, because the respawn rate is pretty quick.

Also I recommend to do this quest at lvl 13, its the highest level to get XP from every mob, at lower level its a pain in the ...

Actually the cave is at 61,47 and 59,34..you dont need a pet class if you are playing a hybrid.

Easy quest as hunter... Sometimes you will pull 2 mobs but is not really a problem. A bit hard as shaman killing 2 mobs when OOM. But Fizsprocket is easy and can be killed without pulling other guards in his area...

EDIT: for Warru123 the cave is at 61.47. You have to kill some mobs on the entrance.

Solo as 10 Shaman with no problems. You can skip some groups of 2-3 mobs and find https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=3051 Supervisor Fizsprocket easy. He is easy fight, when done run out and use https://vanillawowdb.com/?spell=2484 Earthbind Totem at beggining of the cave to slow down mobs. Found him using attached map.

If you enter the cave at 61, 47, follow the straightest route possible (don't turn left). Fizsprocket is next to a large mine cart buffer.

I ended up lvling twice on my currently lvl 12 druid looking for this guy. Just go straight, no turns, and you should end up in a room with one entrance(the one you went through).

This was extremely easy for lvl 11 belf pally to solo. Go to the southern entrance and take the first right. I only had to kill like 10 guys and all in groups of 2.

Just solo'd it as an 'untwinked' lvl 9 hunter so it's doable without pet or heals.
I used 2 minor healing pots on the entire run and 2 bandages.
Just use bandages after using war stomp (tauren racial) and use concussive shot (hunter only) to slow mobs down, if they come in packs make sure to use serpent sting on them all instead of nuking one with ranged.

Fizsprocket is rly easy as well and I dinged when I killed him so the way out was a little easier for me =)

Thanks to spiracy who was actually the only post that told me where he was. Gained 1 level there and had to use 1x pot

Easy solable as level 8-9 druid.

How exactly do you get to the entrance of the Mine? Do you have to climb to it? if so, i can't climb to it. the slopes are too steep.

Rough quest for sure, I wouldn't do it untill lvl 10 or 13. I did it at lvl 9 (druid), it took a while but I got it done. Once you get in the cave hug the right like above poster said. He will be about 4 or 5 pulls in so if your doing a hour long search for this guy you went the wrong way.

For people haveing trouble finding the entrance to the cave, go around to the other side. It's a slope up to the cave but it's not very steep, all I can think of is your trying to get to it from the wrong side. You know you are on the correct side of the moutain when you see NPC wandering around outside.

The cave is immediately east of the lake in Mulgore. From the bonfire/tents, follow the path up the mountain and you will see the cave entrance. Enter and stay to the right all the way. Fiz is at the end.

1) Get this additional quest ""The Venture Co."" https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=764 BEFORE you do Supervisor Fizsprocket and kill everything standing outside the cave BEFORE going in then...

2) Enter the cave at 61,47

3) Follow a STRAIGHT line (according to your mini-map) through the mine. Do NOT go down ANY side shafts (if you're looking for Supervisor Fizsprocket).

4) Supervisor Fizsprocket is in the room at the very end of the hallway you followed in from the entrance, near a small wooden wall/structure.

ADVICE: Do not wander around in the cave trying to complete your counts for ""The Venture Co."" https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=764 quest. There are plenty of those mobs outside the cave to complete it quickly without the frustration of getting lost in this semi-huge mine.

Doing anything else will end up making this one of the most frustrating quests you will have dealt with up to this point (at-level).

He's at 42,84. you can easily pull mobs of ten or more and work through them, I did it with a lvl 11 druid.
