Additional requirements to obtain this quest:
Hold five bases in Arathi Basin at the same time, then return to Deathmaster Dwire in Hammerfall.

Description

It is difficult to see, so deep we are in the conflict, but our spies report a weakening in the League of Arathor's resolve. We must use this window and strike a brutal blow against them! Return to Arathi Basin and throw yourself against our foes. Curse them and kill them and control all five strategic bases! Send their soldiers screaming and bleeding from the front lines, with stories of your cruelty on their mewling lips.

Do this, and score a great victory for the Defilers.

Reward

You will receive:
Battle Tabard of the Defilers
Also, you get: 2 70

Gains

Upon completion of quests, get:
  • 995 experience (59 70 at max. level)
  • 500 Reputation with The Defilers

Ignore the people above who say the quest has been removed, it's still there when you hit exalted with The Defilers as of 09/09/2007. The quest icon does not show but if you chat to Deathmaster Dwire the quest is there to take and complete, I got the tabard tonight o/

If you completed this quest prior to faction transfer, the opposing version will not be available.

However, as far as I know, the Frostwolves and their alliance counterpart are the only reputation in the game that actually give something for getting 999/1000 with them, the final reward being the lvl 6 version of the AV trinket.It should be moar :< It'd be a pleasant surprise to have something other than a tabard and/or some recipes everyone else is gonna have, too.

guessing this can actually be done at 20 as the other two can also be done at 20 (one says lvl 50 required...the other says lvl 60 required)...but don't know any 20's who are exalted with AB.

Call to Arms Arathi Basin..Making me want to work on this again. Sad my main is now alliance and they get a really bad looking tabard. Time to get it on a alt :)

Caught exalted this month (2012-08) with The Defilers, but when I went to pick up the quest she is not available.
GM said on ticket, that a bug is happening with the npc Deathmaster Dwire and he does not give the quest, are trying to solve the problem.

[Battle Tabard of the Defilers] was not removed from the game, just a temporary bug.

Sorry for my bad english, is not my main language.

The AB tabards are buyable from the AB quartermasters for 2679 honor at exalted on the 5.1 PTR.

If you want to complete the quest (which i *think* might unlock the tabard for restoration at the tabard vendor), now is the time to get your rep done and find someone who can share it.

99.9% sure this quest is no longer available.

You can only buy ""Battle Tabard of the Defilers"" for 2679 Honor now.
