Seek out Ogtinc in Azshara.

Description

It is the way of the divine to help those in need. The how is insignificant -- only the why matters.

The Cenarion Circle has such a need. Speak with Ogtinc to lend aid to their plight. He resides atop the cliffs to the northeast of the Ruins of Eldarath in Azshara.

Completion

Your arrival has lifted a weight from my shoulders. We have much to do.

Obviously, Brother Joshua is for the Alliance priests.

The Horde version is identical, but just starts from a different NPC. All Horde priests can get the quest from Ur'kyo, Priest Trainer in Orgrimmar, located at 35, 87.

Make sure you bring an Ichor of Undeath with you. You need it to complete step 3.

I accepted this quest from my priest trainer in Thunderbluff, so I can only presume its acceptable by any Priest trainer now.

Note to self: This NPC also has quests for hunters with the same incredibly poor drop rates.

Although this chain DOES NOT count towards Loremaster, it DOES count toward Seeker ""3000 Quests Completed"".
