From a pure rep grinding point of view, turning in only Abyssal Crests will net your the most rep per twilight set you can get. So if you're trying to hit exalted with Cenarion Circle, don't bother with the harder to do stones, the crests will give you the most reputation per full twilight set.

Be sure to do each of the other 2 quests at least once though, because they only require one Abyssal Signet/Scepter and you get a chance at some nice BoE epics.

As of 2.2 the reputation gain has increased to 150.
