Hive sisters and reavers are all over the place... I have 3 times the kill count for them as I do for these guys.

Using the stopwatch these have a respawn time of 3 minutes. After getting 30 of the others you'll have a few of these guys taken care of so just find a spot in one of the incomplete tunnels (hence the name Tunneler) and wait.
