Since patch 2.3 this turn in gives 165 Reputation with the Cenarion Circle.
If you click the Followup Logistics Assignment
Progress in Wowhead, it shows that it contains a number of other scrolls/quests. However you will only get one. It may be totally random, that i do not know. I've gotten the
[Logistics Task Briefing II].

Total mats needed:

6x Goldthorn
11x Firebloom
5x Volatile Rum
5x Leaded Vial
6x Crystal Vial
20x Dense Stone

Goldthorn and Firebloom are herbs that can be gathered by a herbalist with 205 skill.
Volatile Rum is dropped by pirates in Tanaris and Stranglethorn Vale, or sold in limited quantity by Stomper Kreeg in Dire Maul North after completing a tribute run.
Vials can be bought from any alchemist supplier, Dense Stone is mined from Thorium Deposits by Miners with at least 245 skill.

Bring the stones to an Engineer with 250 skill so he can make you the powder. If he's a Goblin Engineer, buy the recipe for Goblin Rocket Fuel from him, too. Give the recipe to an alchemist with 210 skill if he doesn't already know it, and let him make the oils and fuel from the rest of the materials.
