Additional requirements to obtain this quest:
  • Your reputation with Argent Dawn must be at least Honored
Commander Eligor Dawnbringer at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will make a Redemption Girdle if you bring him the following: 1 Desecrated Girdle, 8 Wartorn Plate Scraps, 1 Arcanite Bar and 3 Nexus Crystals.

Description

You will find the remnants of our fallen heroes on the corpses of the Lords of Naxxramas. Bring those desecrated keepsakes to me along with wartorn plate scraps and crafting materials capable of revitalizing the cursed armor and I shall craft a fine piece of armor for you.

The quest to obtain this item is still available, but 2 needed items are not obtainable anymore since patch http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/patchnotes/patch3p09.html 3.0.2. Those 2 items are: https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=22375 Wartorn Plate Scrap and the main item for it https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=22363 Desecrated Girdle as those 2 items were found in the old Naxxramas found in Eastern plague land!

Edit: Since patch 4.0.3 this quest hast been removed from the game.
