Find Teronis in Ashenvale.

Description

<name>, a longtime friend of mine is also aiding the Sentinels here in Ashenvale, but he has yet to return.

He had leads on finding an item that he thought could slow the furbolg attacks on our people--a rod created by a now-dead, evil wizard.

Before he left here, he mentioned seeking out a gem for the rod.

He mentioned the gem possibly being hidden at the shrine in Lake Falathim at the base of the mountain to the west. The gem was being held there before it was overrun.

Find my friend, <name>, please.

Completion

Teronis' body lies broken atop the island. For some unknown reason, the murlocs have left it alone.

The deep slashes across his corpse obviously came from the weapons and claws of the murlocs.

You can find his corpse at Lake Falathim, which lies to the west of Maestra's post (which is north of Astranaar, if you're unfamiliar with the area). His corpse is on the small island in the middle of this lake. Make sure to keep the journal he gives you.

After that I finished Culling The Threat, I wasn't able to accept this Quest from Raene Wolfrunner. Is it another place, that I accept this Quest from?

20, 42 Is the corpse.
Bunch of level 20 murlocs running around and a Sprint type move so be carful for those lower levels doing this quest.

In order to find the 'corpse' of Teronis, follow the road west out of Astranaar. Follow it till you come to Maestra's Post. When you reach the building to the far western end of Maestra's Post, turn south and run along the mountains.

You'll reach a small lake - Lake Falathim. In the center of the lake, there's a small island, where the corpse is. In order to reach the island, you'll have to fight several murlocs if you're at the correct level for this quest.

For those who cant get the quest:
For a reason i couldnt get the quest at lvl 70. What i did is i went straight to the corpse. There i took the second part of the quest.And then i did it. If you can get the quest from the NPC in Astranaar go to the mob on the lake and you will get it.

Just picked up the quest chain as a Level 80 Death Knight, so yes, you can grab it at 70+
