This is part of a multi-chain set of warrior quests which start at https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=6166 Yorus Barleybrew. The whole quest line not only nets the warrior some excellent armor and supplies, but some solid experience.

Once you've accepted the quest, wait a moment and he'll craft the helm for you.

This quest set is Warrior-only and is offered once you've completed the previous quest, https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=1710 Sunscorched Shells.

For those wondering, (I know I was) the quests for the other 'Fire Hardened' (https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=1706 Head, https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=1709 Hands, https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=1711 Legs) gear are obtainable AFTER completion of https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=1782 [Furen's Armor], the quest for the https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=6972 blue chest.
