Description

It is time, <name>, for you to speak with Tabetha... the hermit of Dustwallow Marsh. She will instruct you on the creation of a powerful mage's implement.

Tabetha's shack lies deep in Dustwallow Marsh, west of Theramore.

Ah, yes. You are here for an orb or a staff, <name>? Very well. I will aid you in its construction.

But be forewarned--the process is a perilous one and could mean your death.

Or my death. Definitely someone's death...

But let's hope it's someone else's death, eh?

Upon completion of quests, get:

As a horde mage, I found the pickup for this quest a little confusing. It says that it starts with Bink in Ironforge, but in fact it starts with any mage trainer for horde (for example, Undercity, Thunderbluff etc.) once you reach level 35.

I found Tabetha in her cottage at 46,57. Most of the npc's run from 38 thru 41 to get there.

The ultimate easiest way to get there is leave Theramore and head southwest. You will most likely die if you are a lower level and the GY, if you've gone far enough, is Tabetha's farm. Spirit heal there.

This is of course if you don't have Mudsproket FP.
