Written at vanilla launch four years ago, it clearly establishes Blizzard's early intent to introduce Ulduar ("" the appropriate data repository that fields all Creator-related scheduling considerations"") as well as Algalon (""visitation...not to be taken lightly""). By corollary, it also implies Blizzard's lore intent for Uldum has been established for a long time prior to the content being publicly announced.
