Sven is in the most northwestern part of Darkshire. To get to him the quickest, fly to Sentinel Hill in Westfall and then go northeast across the river. It's faster than flying into Darkshire and setting out on foot to find him that way.

Grimand Elmore doesn't have this quest available now. Not totally sure it's gone, but he only has a talk bubble for interaction now.

Likely this one is obsolete now since the previous and next in the quest series are obsolete as well.

This quest was removed from the game and replaced by a new series of quests that reference the earlier heroes that defeated Morbent Fel. The new quests start with https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=26723 Fate of Morbent Fel. The same item from this quest (https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=60212 Morbent's Bane) is still in-game and is pivotal in the whole quest line.
