Use the Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer at the entrance to Stratholme and speak with the ghost of Anthion Harmon.

Try using the device there and see if, indeed, you can speak with the dead!

All you have to do is get to the Summoning stone at Stratholme and right click the ""Extra-Dimensional Ghost Revealer"". Doing that will allow you to see Anthion Harmon and take you to the next step of the quest.

Stratholme is in the North West corner of Eastern Plaugelands, roughly 30,16
