Fingers: 81,59 off of the Skeletons
Fangs: 77,36 off of the Ghouls
Vials: Found on spiders along the coasts and pretty much all over.

The reward is pretty fun for a warlock, mage, or priest. It's not the best but if you're grinding it may entertain you a little bit.

Ghoul Fangs can be gotten easier from the ones in the Raven Hill Cemetery (around 20,36). They're only L24-25 there as opposed to L28-29 at Mistmantle (77,36).

Ghoul fangs have a low drop rate, so you will be killing for a while.

This quest is best done in conjunction with the Nightwatch Chain https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=57 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=57 and Stitches https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=156 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=156 Chain Quests. Also while gathering your poison I recommend doing https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=226 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=226 & https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=90 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=90 that require you to kill the wolves that can be found around the spiders you will be killing anyway. Doing that you can get a ton of exp really really fast. And since your going to be doing the back and forth travel between darkshire and raven hill anyway you may as well knock out those quests that jitters gives you as well https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=5 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=5 . Wich will also have you killing spiders on it's second part.

I completed The Shadowy Search Continues (https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=265 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=265) before this quest and all of a sudden all my 10 x Skeleton Finger was gone. Not possible to grind them again. Only solution was to disband quest and regrind it all.

Why do posters automatically assume everyone has coordinates? Why not post comments for those who don't, as well?

Ok for some reason you guys just didn't catch the Ghoul fang spot. The spot is around the underground catacomb, at 23,35. Take the Watchers quests and go in to kill the Plague Spreaders. You can from the corner of the cemetery drag out ghouls and kill them without to much danger. Some of the other Ghouls in the area will drop tons of fangs it took 2 of us about 30 mins to do both quests. Lvl 27 priest and a 22 rouge(me).

Skeletal Fingers - 81, 59 and 19, 45ish
Ghoul Fangs - 77, 36
Spider Vial of Venom - 8, 43

Vial's can be found quite easily here at a great drop rate!

A little more detailed on which mobs drop quickest, since this was a pain for me, grinding the lowest chance ones.

Skeleton Finger Highest Drop Rate: Skeleton Mage/Warrior - 18% - Located at The Tranquil Gardens Cemetary.

Ghoul Fang Highest Drop Rate: Flesh Eater - 20% - Located at Raven Hill Cemetary (north/top of cemetary)

Vial of Spider Vendom Highest Drop Rate: Venom Web Spider - 13% - Located along the western and north shores of Duskwood.

Goodluck!

Ghoul Fangs are best found at the Raven Hill Cemetery (20,37). They drop off of the Bone Chewers and Plague Spreaders. Just keep in mind that two Flesh Eating Worms will sometimes spawn when you kill these mobs. The reason I say to keep this in mind is that I like to bandage as soon as I kill my mob, and it becomes a pain when these things hit you right after you've started to bandage. The two other quest items drop off of the mobs in the Cemetery as well, not to mention this is a great grinding place.

Killed like 20 Flesh Eater and got only 3 Ghoul Fang. The drop suppose to be 20% but is way low then that. Around 6.6% for me...

To make this quest a lot funner and actually worth your time, you should do it with the final part from the Night Watch quest line: https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=58 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=58 as well as Ghoulish Effigy from the quest line starting at Abercrombie: https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=133 https://vanillawowdb.com/?quest=133.
This was already said by 'unkleanone', but this is more quest specific.

There's no reason to do any individual grinding for this quest at all. Just pick it up first thing when you get to Duskwood and keep carrying it while you do all the other quests. By the time you've finished the other quests in the area it should be done or very close, just turn it in whenever it's ready. Easy extra exp etc. for your effort.

(I suppose if you very strictly kill only the exact quest mobs required for the quests you might come up a tiny bit short. In that case just kill a few extras when you notice you're on the right type. But I figure most people will end up killing other mobs they aggro nearby, other ones they aggro while running to different quest locations, maybe a little random grinding, and in that case you should easily get the requirements without really trying.)
