The fountain is in Stranglethorn Vale on the island full of Naga. It's guarded by an elite Naga. Coords for fountain are 28,62.

The location of the fountain in STV is a bit obscure.

Climb up the ridge starting at 26,64, then through the entrance at 27,63, cross the bridge and you're there.

Right click on the fountain and you'll have your holy water.

You'll encounter a few naga, lvl 44 or so, along the way. Myself, I didn't run across any elites.

The Naga guarding is not an Elite is a rare spawn. You can see it because it has a silver dragon around the picture.
Drops a nice necklace.

I just found the place with my lvl 44 Paladin and killed Lord Sakrasis easily. He is a rare now, not really an elite. So pretty much soloable. You have to go up the island where the naga is, and then take the first cut in the path where you see two wooden stones. If you see three or four naga then a bridge leading to where the Lord is, your in the right place.
