Follow the river out to the cliff waterfall, either jump from there into the water or travel south to the path down. The chest is at the base of the waterfall. There is a lvl 48 elite turtle that frequents the area so becareful.

The Turtle Used to be Elite....after patch 2.3 it is a non-elite 48 turtle.So do not worry

Picked up the scroll on one of the boats south of Booty Bay.

First quest:

Quest turned gray for me at 60 (if not earlier, didn't notice exactly), not 62 as Wowhead suggests.

This quest is marked as deleted, but I was able to pick it up on 12-1-10 (patch 4.0.3a) as usual in Dustwallow Marsh. I was surprised, as I had checked for the Swamp of Sorrows version already post-breaking and it was not available. I haven't done any of the prior quests since 4.0.

Bizarre--I went to bed and signed back on the next day, and the quest is no longer in my log.
