Not too great writ since it requires a total of 120 Thorium Bars (and 18 Dense Grinding Stones and 18 Rugged Leathers but the price of those is really low). The Thorium Bars are (if you also have blacksmithing apart from mining) hard to get, or they cost 120-240G.

This is one of the random quests given by https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=16212 Dispatch Commander Metz in exchange for a https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=12844 Argent Dawn Valor Token. The awards are used to buy items from the Argent Dawn; but they require a high number of the insignias.

These are the following quests that can be obtain by doing the root quest:Now that the Burning Crusade Expansion is out most people will skip these quests. It is recommended by most to skip it unless there is an item you want from an Argent Dawn vendor that requires the award(s).
