Not too good writ requiring 54 Thorium Bars and, most of all, 12 Hearts of Fire. If you really want to do this writ, you'd better farm those hearts of fire because otherwise you'll be unpleasantly surprised at the Auction House.

This is one of the random quests given by https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=16212 Dispatch Commander Metz in exchange for a https://vanillawowdb.com/?item=12844 Argent Dawn Valor Token. The awards are used to buy items from the Argent Dawn; but they require a high number of the insignias.
