Here's the jist on this guy.
Another critter needed for the achievement added in 3.08 Pest Control (at the time of this post, it's not in database).
An easy way to snag this guy, is to include him in your Naxxramas 10/25 package of https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=4075 Rat , https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=16030 Maggot , https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=16068 Larva , and https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=14881 Spider .

/tar Larva
/stopmacro [noexists]
/tell (YourCharacterName) > %t <

Remember to replace YourCharacterName with, well Your Character's Name.

They are all over the place at Jintha'Alor in The Hinterlands at 60,78 for those with coords or on the top tier to the east where the arena-like area is with all of the dead trolls. You won't need more than 1 second here and it's not hard to get to like the maggots in Naxx or very rarely seen like in Ghostlands.

Lots of them can be found in The Hinterlands at the very top of Jintha' Alor there is a spider cave and they are just outside on the sacrificial alter.

There is one large clump of these at 50.4 and 54.6 in Howling Fjord. 5 maggots sitting under a group of trees. I found them in the late evening. I have been leveling 2 teams to get the Pro Pet Group achievement. They have been re-spawning as fast as I can battle them. I have now raised 2 groups of 3 pets from 17 to 21 while just battling this group of 5 maggots.
