Here's the jist on this guy.
Another critter needed for the achievement added in 3.0.8 Pest Control (at the time of this post, it's not in database).
You can run around spamming the /tar macro, and while you're at it you may want to spam the target macro to /love https://vanillawowdb.com/?npc=6653 Huge Toad for the new achievement To All The Squirrels Who Shared My Life (not in database as of this post).
They're all over the swamp area, I found mine right behind the Stonard port in building / Inn (Horde).

MOCCASIN for ALLIANCE - Go to ZUL'GURUB (northern Stranglevale). At L82, flew in to where Wowhead map said they would be, and there they were! Killed one,and flew out without meeting anyone! (Earlier, had tried DUROTAR = DISASTER. Couldn't find Moccasin,and there were too many L90Elite Horde ready to shoot my asre outa the sky).
