Did this one with almost no trouble at level 65.

20,26 in the Spirit Rise is correct.

Grab a lift up to the city. Be sure to be on your mount.
Ride along the left path to the building that leads onto the bridge. Entrance to the building is 36,50
By the time you run across the bridge, you should lose all guard aggro. And there's no more between the bridge and the tent

You may encounter opposition at the tent. This was the case for me, but I hid out and waited for them to leave.

Afterwards, you can try and run out to the lift, or just find a place to drop. Be sure you have enough health to survive the drop. I didn't, and died at this point. xD

If you feel like you're going to die, either because you find player opposition or the NPCs get the better of you, just die near the flame. Rez when it's safe and clear to just snatch the flame, and hearthstone out if you want. (I would've, but mine was charging)

I stole the torch to Thunder Bluff in the very early hours so there were no players in the city, only guards. Enter from the main road and take the elevator lift up (you will be on the west side of the city). Take an immediate left and follow the road around until you get to an area where there are a bunch of ""huts"". The bridge to get to The Spirit Rise is inside the hut a little to the left of this circular area you are in. Take the steps to the left up and go an immediate left to hit the bridge (you will lose the guards about 1/2 way across the bridge). Re-buff if you need to. When you get across the bridge you will be going diagonal to the left to get to the torch. The guards will be hitting you, but you can still get the flame. Best of luck to you all.

A note on health; it goes by % not by how much you have, when it comes to falling. so if one person dies from jumping down, so does everyone else, from lvl 1 to lvl 80.

One note: A guard randomly patrols out on that bridge. if you have deeply bad luck, you might run into him. Also, as an alternative to jump down and die, you can balance on the side of the building you have to walk though, and if you're fast and precise, you can get on the elevator down without dieing. Otherwise this is a good guide, asuming you're high lvl. I died when trying to get into the building at lvl 68.

So easy now that there is a blimp(Zepplin) from org to TB. Just hop on the Zep outside of Org(its in the same tower as the one to Borean Tundra) and take that to Thunder Bluff. The Flame is right by where you land in Thunder Bluff!

The toughest part of TB and Org these days, whether you have a flying mount or not, is the airborne guards. They're hard to see (especially in wisp form), can hit you from any height or any angle and there are about three brigades of them, swarming all over the place. There are so many, it's a wonder they don't all crash into each other like the Three Stooges.

You can still get the quests done, but the number of deaths you have to take is much higher, particularly compared with Undercity (0 deaths) and Silvermoon (4). It took my 36 Priest 11 for TB and about 17 for Org. That gets kind of old; it's just a marathon series of corpse runs. You've noticed that the designers don't let you run back from the closest GY, but one a lot further away, so you can appreciate the scenery.

Maybe this achievement needs to be redesigned, or possibly the rewards increased for lower levels. After all, our alts don't get a title out of it.

These days, this is pretty much cake if you're able to fly. You can grab 3 of the 4 flames with absolutely no aggro at all. Silvermoon, however, is going to be a huge pain, seeing as how we still can't fly in the zone. I got all the way to the fire and about halfway out before the number of guards on me finally overwhelmed me. I was using a mage that would have been considered decently geared about 16 months ago. You die, you graveyard spawn, you dust yourself off, and move on.

Just tried to steal Thunder Bluff's flame on my Alliance druid and was unable to get anything. Also tried on my Alliance mage, still unable to get anything. My druid did this last year no problem, but my mage has never had done this quest, so I'm not sure if it's bugged or what. Anyone else having a problem with the opposing faction's capital city flames?

Orgrimmar (spelling) was no issue, even with the flying guards. Found a perch, waited for them to pass and swooped down. Thunder Bluff didn't give me any problems either but once I was on the ground, I was aggro'd by a couple guards..took them down, stole it, and quickly hearthed. UnderCity was probably the easiest by far because I just ran in, took it, and then ran out. Not one guard close by.

Silvermoon....on the other hand...was a total b***h! Thank goodness my guildies decided to tag along. I would have never made it.

Silvermoon was tense, but not hard at all. I ran in on my Acherus Death Charger, aggro'ed the two guys at the front gate, the two guys past them, and some of the constructs. I lost my mount, but ran up the walk of elders, used my vampiric embrace to increase my hit points, had my bone shield up, my horn or winter active. Didn't lose too much life and when I got to the barrier to go into Murderer's Row, I hugged the wall really tight and lost aggro. Recovered there. Ran up Murderer's Row with no aggro at full hp. Got into the Court of the Sun and picked up aggro again. Ran to a back corner (the left side on the map) and immediately lost aggro. Healed up, turned to face into the Court again, and the bonfire was right there. Ran up to it through the fountain, picked up no aggro, and then Death Gated out.

Make sure you have lots of shields up and never stop running - you should be ok.
